Central Railways Adds 24 Special Trains for Dussehra, Diwali, and Chhath Puja

Central Railways Announces Special Festival Trains

To accommodate the increased number of passengers during the Dussehra, Diwali, and Chhath Puja festivals, Central Railways will operate 24 additional special trains between Panvel and Nanded. This initiative aims to ease travel for festival-goers.

Train Schedule and Details

Train 07626: This bi-weekly festival special will depart from Panvel at 2:30 PM every Tuesday and Thursday, starting from October 22 until November 28. It will reach Hazur Sahib Nanded at 4:30 AM the following day, offering a total of 12 services.

Train 07625: This bi-weekly festival special will leave Hazur Sahib Nanded at 11 PM every Monday and Wednesday, from October 21 to November 27, arriving in Panvel at 1:25 PM the next day, also providing 12 services.

Train Stops

Both trains will halt at the following stations: Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nashik Road, Manmad, Nagarsol, Rotegaon, Lasur, Aurangabad, Jalna, Partur, Selu, Manwat, Parbhani, and Purna.

Train Composition

The trains will consist of 13 AC 3-Tier coaches, 6 Sleeper Class coaches, 1 Generator Car, and 1 Pantry Car.

Booking Information

Bookings for Train No. 07626 will open on October 14 at all computerized reservation centers and online at www.irctc.co.in.
