British Deputy High Commissioner Harjinder Kang and Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan Meet CM Mohan Yadav in Bhopal

On Monday, British Deputy High Commissioner for Western India, Harjinder Kang, visited Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav at Samatva Bhavan, CM House in Bhopal. The Chief Minister’s Office shared this update on their official X handle.

Union Minister for Agriculture, Farmers Welfare, and Rural Development, Shivraj Singh Chauhan, also met with CM Mohan Yadav at the CM residence in Bhopal. They discussed the welfare of farmers in the state. CM Yadav posted on X about their meeting, highlighting the meaningful discussions held regarding farmers’ welfare.

Union Minister Chauhan also shared on X that they discussed various topics related to public welfare and state progress during his courtesy visit to CM Yadav.

Earlier, on September 28, CM Mohan Yadav conducted a video conference with district collectors and commissioners to review soybean procurement and fertiliser availability. He directed officials to take strict action against black marketing, adulteration, misbranding, and the sale of fake fertilisers. CM Yadav assured that there is an adequate supply of fertilisers for Kharif 2024-25 and thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for approving soybean procurement under the Price Support Scheme.
