Trivedi suggested Congress's confidence from winning 99 seats in the recent Lok Sabha elections contributed to their loss in Haryana. He criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's "unofficial MP" remark, arguing it jeopardizes democracy. Trivedi accused Congress of trying to destabilize Indian democracy by questioning institutions.
