BJP’s CR Kesavan Criticizes Congress After Haryana Election Defeat

In Hyderabad, BJP National spokesperson CR Kesavan criticized the Congress party for its defeat in the Haryana Assembly election. He stated that Congress is “repeatedly losing” due to its anti-people, anti-Dalit, anti-OBC, and anti-democratic policies. Kesavan questioned the absence of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and accused the party of undermining the electoral process.

In the Haryana elections, the BJP secured 48 out of 90 seats, while Congress won 37. Independents and the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) won 3 and 2 seats, respectively. In Jammu and Kashmir, Congress, part of an alliance with the National Conference, won only 6 out of 32 contested seats, with the National Conference winning 42 seats.
