BJP Announces Star Campaigners for Jharkhand Assembly Elections

In preparation for the upcoming Jharkhand Assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has revealed a list of 40-star campaigners. This list includes prominent figures such as Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP national president JP Nadda, and Union Ministers like Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, and Nitin Gadkari. Chief Ministers Yogi Adityanath from Uttar Pradesh and others from various states are also part of this team.

On Saturday, BJP announced its first list of 66 candidates for the elections. The party will contest in alliance with the All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU), Janata Dal (United), and Lok Janshakti Party (LJP). BJP will contest 68 seats, AJSU 10 seats, JD-U two seats, and LJP one seat.

Key candidates include Babulal Marandi from Dhanwar, Lobin Hembrom from Borio, and Sita Soren from Jamtara. Former Chief Minister Champai Soren will contest from Saraikella, while Geeta Balmuchu, Geeta Koda, and Meera Munda are also notable candidates.

The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) has also released its fifth list of candidates. The elections will take place on 81 seats in two phases on November 13 and November 20.

Doubts Revealed
