The Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Expressway aims to connect Karachi and Sindh with the rest of Pakistan, offering employment opportunities. Bilawal emphasized the importance of public-private partnerships in completing projects and keeping costs low, such as the Rs100 toll tax.
He urged Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah to collaborate with Karachi's business community to address resource shortages and prioritize resolving the city's water issues.
