The Bharat Adivasi Party (BAP) has revealed its candidates for the upcoming by-polls in Rajasthan, scheduled for November 13. The party has chosen Anil Katara for the Chorasi assembly constituency and Jitesh Katara for the Salumbar assembly constituency.

These by-polls are part of a larger electoral event across 15 states, including Rajasthan, where seven seats will be contested. The Election Commission announced these by-polls on October 15, with Chief Commissioner Rajiv Kumar detailing the schedule at a press conference. The by-polls will cover 48 assembly constituencies and the Wayanad Lok Sabha seat in Kerala.

In addition to Rajasthan, the by-polls will take place in states like Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Jharkhand, with results expected on November 23. The Bharat Adivasi Party, which was established before the last assembly elections in Rajasthan, has already made a significant impact by winning three state assembly seats and the Banswara Lok Sabha seat.
