Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma's Visit to Singapore
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma recently visited Singapore to strengthen the Indo-Singapore Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. He met with Singapore's President, H E Tharman Shanmugaratnam, to discuss Singapore's involvement in the upcoming Advantage Assam 2.0 summit.

CM Sarma also met with Singapore's Minister of Foreign Affairs, H E Vivian Balakrishnan, to explore mutual collaboration opportunities. He held discussions with leaders from eight semiconductor companies, including ASMPT and Temasek, inviting them to explore Assam's Electronic City in Jagiroad.

He also visited ITE Education Services, interacting with CEO Suresh Natarajan to explore technical education advancements and potential collaborations with Assam Skill University.
