The policy aims to enhance economic cooperation and cultural ties with Asia-Pacific countries, improving connectivity for India's North Eastern Region.
In January, Assam Minister Ashok Singhal hosted an Investors' Roadshow in Bengaluru, promoting Assam's economic potential. The event showcased Assam as a strategic gateway to South and Southeast Asia, capable of reaching 30% of the global population within a short flight.
