In Rania, Haryana, Arjun Singh Chautala, a candidate from the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD), has declared his independence in the upcoming elections. Meanwhile, Abhay Singh Chautala, also from INLD, is trailing in votes with 27,421, lagging by 6,346 votes. Abhay Singh Chautala is a member of the Haryana Legislative Assembly from Ellenabad and has held various positions in the assembly.

According to the Election Commission, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini is leading in the Ladwa constituency with an 840-vote lead over Congress’ Mewa Singh. In Garhi Sampla-Kiloi, Congress’ Bhupinder Singh Hooda is ahead by 16,823 votes against BJP’s Manju.

As of the latest updates, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is leading in 28 seats. The counting process is ongoing, with 4-9 rounds completed in most of the 90 constituencies.

In Jammu and Kashmir, the alliance between the Jammu Kashmir National Conference and Congress has crossed the halfway mark, leading in 47 seats according to the Election Commission’s trends at 10:15 AM. The results will determine the future of several former ministers, including Tara Chand, Muzaffar Baig, Raman Bhalla, Basharat Bukha, Omar Abdullah, Ravinder Raina, and Yousuf Tarigami.
