Akhilesh Yadav Honors Mulayam Singh Yadav and Remembers Ratan Tata
In Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav paid tribute to former Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav on his death anniversary. Joined by SP leader Shivpal Singh Yadav and other party members, Akhilesh remembered Mulayam Singh, known as ‘Netaji’, for his contributions to politics and society. Akhilesh emphasized the resolve to bring change through socialistic values.
Mulayam Singh Yadav, who founded the Samajwadi Party, passed away on October 10, 2022, at 82. He was a significant political figure, elected ten times to the Uttar Pradesh assembly and seven times to the Lok Sabha. Posthumously, he was awarded the Padma Vibhushan, received by his son Akhilesh.
Akhilesh also expressed sorrow over the passing of industrialist Ratan Tata, who died in Mumbai. He praised Tata’s uncompromising values in business and his contributions to India’s economy. Ratan Tata, born on December 28, 1937, was the Chairman of Tata Sons and was honored with the Padma Vibhushan in 2008.
