Ajay Jadeja, a former Indian cricketer, has been named the next Jam Saheb of Nawanagar, also known as Jamnagar, a princely state in Gujarat. Ajay Jadeja’s Cricket Career
Ajay Jadeja played 15 Test matches for India between 1992 and 2000, scoring 576 runs with four half-centuries. He also played in 196 One Day Internationals (ODIs), amassing 5359 runs with six centuries and 30 fifties. In addition, he participated in 111 First Class and 291 List A games, scoring over 8000 runs in each format with a total of 31 centuries and 88 fifties.

Born on February 1, 1971, in Jamnagar, Ajay Jadeja is the son of Daulatsinhji Jadeja, a three-time Member of Parliament from Jamnagar Lok Sabha. His mother hails from Alappuzha, Kerala. Ajay is married to Aditi Jaitly, and they have two children.
