Aaron Jones Joins St Lucia Kings for Caribbean Premier League 2024
Aaron Jones, a right-hand batter from the United States, has been selected by the St Lucia Kings for the upcoming Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2024 season, which will run from August 29 to October 4. This follows his outstanding performance in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024.
Jones’ Performance in ICC T20 World Cup 2024
Jones scored an unbeaten 94 runs against Canada in the T20 World Cup opener and played another unbeaten 36-run knock against Pakistan, leading his team to a super over victory.
Jones’ Cricket Journey
Before this, Jones played in the West Indies’ regional set-up for Barbados and Combined Campuses and Colleges. He was also part of the St Kitts and Nevis Patriots team in CPL 2019 but did not get a chance to play.

Besides Jones, the St Lucia Kings have also signed Khari Campbell, Johann Jeremiah, Mikkel Govia, and Akeem Auguste for the upcoming season.
