Yogi Adityanath Criticizes Samajwadi Party at Mirzapur Rally
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, during an election rally in Mirzapur, strongly criticized the Samajwadi Party (SP). He accused the party of being a “production house of criminals and mafia” that spreads anarchy and violence against weaker sections of society. Adityanath labeled Akhilesh Yadav, the national president of SP, as the “CEO” of these criminals and Shivpal Yadav, an SP leader, as their “trainer.”
He claimed that under SP’s rule, criminals have free rein, but the situation improved after the BJP came to power. Adityanath also accused the SP’s leadership of tarnishing the socialist movement’s ideals, which were once led by leaders like Jaya Prakash Narayana and Rammanohar Lohiya.
Furthermore, Adityanath criticized the INDIA alliance, led by SP and Congress, for lacking a development agenda and focusing only on family benefits. He contrasted this with the BJP-led NAD’s dedication to national development. The rally was part of the campaign for the upcoming byelections in nine Assembly seats, including Majhwan in Mirzapur, scheduled for November 20, with vote counting on November 23.
