Additionally, there is a possibility of introducing the One Nation One Election bill. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has emphasized the importance of this initiative, stating that it would strengthen India’s democracy and optimize resources.

Opposition’s Stance

However, the Congress party has expressed opposition to the One Nation One Election concept. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has labeled the idea as ‘impossible,’ arguing that the Prime Minister must gain the confidence of all Parliament members for such a significant change.

Other Discussions

The results of the Assembly elections in Jharkhand and Maharashtra, expected on November 23, are also likely to be topics of discussion during the session.
