Virat Kohli Celebrates T20 World Cup Win with Family in Delhi

India’s star batter Virat Kohli celebrated the T20 World Cup victory with his family after arriving in Delhi on Thursday morning. The Indian team won the prestigious T20 World Cup for the second time, defeating South Africa by seven runs in Barbados on Saturday.

Kohli, who announced his retirement from T20 cricket, played a crucial role in the final, scoring 76 runs in 59 balls with six fours and two sixes. He ended the tournament with 151 runs in eight innings.

Virat’s sister, Bhawna Kohli Dhingra, shared pictures on Instagram of the celebration, which were also liked by Kohli’s wife, actor Anushka Sharma. Bhawna captioned the photos, ‘Celebrating the win SUPERPROUD.’

The Indian team, delayed by Hurricane Beryl in Barbados, received a warm welcome from fans in Delhi. The flight, organized by BCCI secretary Jay Shah, arrived in Delhi at around 6:00 AM on Thursday.

India ended a 13-year ICC trophy drought with this victory. Jasprit Bumrah, who took 15 wickets in the tournament, was named Player of the Tournament. The team will celebrate with an open-top bus ride in Mumbai at Marine Drive and the Wankhede Stadium.
