Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar Shines at Chitrakoot Symposium and Inaugurates Sainik School in Gorakhpur
Chitrakoot (Uttar Pradesh) [India], September 7: Spiritual leader Jagadguru Shri Rambhadracharya praised Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, saying he shines brightly when the opposition crosses the limits of indiscipline. The Vice President was the Chief Guest at the National Symposium on ‘Aadhunik Jeevan Me Rishi Parampara’ at Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Divyang State University in Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh.
Earlier in the day, Vice President Dhankhar inaugurated the first Sainik School in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, located in Gorakhpur. The school, built on a 49-acre site at a cost of Rs 176.45 crore, is the second managed by the Uttar Pradesh Sainik School Society. Dhankhar emphasized the importance of nationalism and warned against compromising it, calling it the ultimate betrayal to the nation.
During his keynote address at the inauguration, Dhankhar reminisced about his days as a student at Sainik School Chittorgarh and highlighted the transformative power of education. He and Dr. Sudesh Dhankhar also planted saplings in memory of their late mothers at the new Sainik School Gorakhpur premises and inaugurated a shooting range.
Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath, Minister of State Kamlesh Paswan, Member of Lok Sabha Ravi Kishan Shukla, and Minister of State of Secondary Education Gulab Devi were among the dignitaries present at the event.
