Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami recently campaigned for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the upcoming Maharashtra Assembly elections. He supported Ashish Shelar, the BJP candidate from Bandra West, at an election rally in Mumbai.

Achievements of PM Modi’s Government

During the rally, CM Dhami praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, highlighting major development projects like the national highway network and the Mumbai-Delhi Expressway. He noted that over 50 lakh people in Maharashtra have benefited from the Ujjwala scheme, and the Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana has positively impacted lives.

Infrastructure Developments

Dhami emphasized the progress in infrastructure with projects like the Mumbai Coastal Road and India’s longest sea bridge connecting Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. He stated that the BJP fulfills its promises, citing the removal of Article 370, the end of triple talaq, and the construction of the Ram Temple as examples.

Criticism of Opposition

CM Dhami criticized the opposition, accusing them of corruption and nepotism. He claimed that the opposition’s vision is limited to their own families and that they have betrayed the people of Maharashtra. He urged voters to support the BJP in the elections.

Dhami highlighted the importance of the Uttarakhand community’s support in the elections, acknowledging their role in Maharashtra’s electoral landscape. He encouraged community members to support Ashish Shelar and spread awareness for his campaign.
