On Sunday, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami met with Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat to discuss the promotion of the state’s religious sites, adventure tourism, eco-tourism, and cultural heritage. The meeting took place at the government residence, where CM Dhami also extended Diwali greetings to the Union Minister.

CM Dhami emphasized the need for national and international promotion of Uttarakhand’s attractions and requested support from the central government to develop infrastructure in response to the state’s growing population.

Union Minister Shekhawat praised CM Dhami as a visionary leader with a strong development plan for Uttarakhand, also known as Devbhoomi. He highlighted the positive discussions on public interest issues and the effective coordination between the state and central governments.

Earlier, CM Dhami attended the 115th edition of PM Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ in Dehradun, where he spoke about India’s progress towards self-reliance under PM Modi’s leadership. He urged citizens to be cautious about digital security, advising against sharing personal information with strangers.
