Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami Approves Early Salary and Pension Payments for Diwali

In preparation for the Diwali festival, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has approved the early payment of salaries and pensions for state employees, pensioners, and family pensioners. This decision was announced in an official statement and a government order issued by Additional Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan. The order has been sent to all department heads, District Magistrates, and treasury officials.

Due to the Diwali festival on October 31, 2024, the payments for October will be made before October 30, 2024. This applies to employees of state-aided educational and technical institutions, urban local bodies, and pensioners receiving their pensions from Uttarakhand’s treasuries.
