Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami Confident in Upcoming Elections

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has expressed confidence in winning the upcoming elections in Maharashtra, Jharkhand, and the Kedarnath bypolls. He believes that people will choose a “double-engine government” in both states, which refers to the same party governing both the state and central government.

CM Dhami stated, “The people of Maharashtra and Jharkhand will choose a double-engine government. We will continue to advance the development being carried out in the country and the states under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi.” He emphasized that voters in these regions would favor the BJP-led government.

Kedarnath Bypoll and Election Dates

The Kedarnath bypoll is scheduled for November 20, with the vote count on November 23. Rajiv Kumar announced the dates for the assembly elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand. Jharkhand will vote in two phases on November 13 and 20, while Maharashtra will have a single-phase election on November 20. The vote count for both states will occur on November 23.
