Uttar Pradesh Prepares for Mahakumbh 2025
The Uttar Pradesh government has initiated preparations for the Mahakumbh 2025 by launching a ‘Kumbh Summit’ across eighteen tehsils. A ‘Kumbh Abhinandan’ road show was also held, starting from GPO Park and ending at Marine Drive. The Mahakumbh is scheduled from January 14 to February 26, 2025, in Prayagraj.

Culture and Tourism Minister Jaiveer Singh announced various events like Bal-Yuva Kumbh, Kala-Sanskriti Kumbh, Kavi Kumbh, and Bhakti Kumbh. The Lalit Kala Academy will organize art and photography exhibitions, while the Sangeet Natak Academy will handle singing and dancing competitions.

Minister Singh emphasized the importance of public participation, urging everyone to help spread the message and values of the Kumbh Mela.
