Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), August 14: Ahead of the 78th Independence Day, Danish Azad Ansari, the Uttar Pradesh Minister of State for Minority Welfare, Muslim Waqf, and Haj, took part in the Tiranga Yatra in Lucknow. This event is part of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign.

Ansari highlighted that the future of Muslim youth aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He stated, “The Modi-Yogi government has always aimed to educate and empower Muslim youth, bringing them into the mainstream of society. More than 10,000 Muslim youths are participating in this Tiranga Yatra with us.”

He emphasized that the large turnout of Muslim youth at the campaign demonstrated their support for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government. “You can see where the Muslim youth stand. They are the future of our community, and this future stands with the Modi-Yogi government,” he added.

The ‘Tiranga Yatra’ is part of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan,’ launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to instill a sense of nationalism by encouraging citizens to display the national flag at their homes.

Earlier, Union Home Minister Amit Shah participated in the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan’ in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He stated that the ‘Abhiyan’ is not just a display of patriotism, but also a resolution to build a developed India by 2047. “The ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign initiated by PM Modi is not just an expression of patriotism, but a resolution to create a Viksit Bharat by 2047,” Shah said.

In the 112th edition of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ on July 28, Prime Minister Modi called on all Indians to participate in the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign to celebrate Independence Day. ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ is a campaign under the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav initiative. It was launched in 2021 to encourage people to bring the Tiranga home and hoist it to mark the 75th year of India’s independence. The initiative aims to invoke patriotism in people’s hearts and promote awareness about the Indian National Flag.
