Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath Emphasizes Law and Order on Police Commemoration Day
In Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath highlighted the importance of law enforcement during an event on Police Commemoration Day. He stated that instilling fear of the law among criminals is a priority for his government. Yogi Adityanath paid tribute to police personnel who lost their lives in the line of duty, acknowledging their sacrifices as an inspiration for continued dedication. He also noted the police’s role in ensuring peaceful events like the consecration ceremony of Lord Ram in Ayodhya and the upcoming Lok Sabha General Elections 2024.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah, speaking on the same occasion, assured that the sacrifices of police personnel will not be forgotten and emphasized the commitment to eradicating terrorism and drug trafficking.
