On October 26, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted a ‘Janta Darshan’ at the Gorakhnath Temple in Gorakhpur. During this event, he interacted with women and listened to their grievances. CM Yogi Adityanath assured the public that their issues would be addressed promptly by forwarding their concerns to the relevant authorities and issuing necessary directions.

The ‘Janta Darshan’ initiative, started by Yogi Adityanath in 2017, aims to resolve public complaints swiftly. In a post on X, the Yogi Adityanath Office emphasized the commitment to public service and welfare, highlighting the Chief Minister’s directive for quick and effective solutions to public problems.

Earlier, on October 21, during Police Commemoration Day in Lucknow, CM Yogi Adityanath stressed the importance of law and order. He stated that instilling fear of the law among criminals is a priority, with a zero-tolerance policy towards crime. The government has taken significant steps to enhance police efficiency, resulting in actions against 77,811 criminals and the arrest of 923 under the Gangster Act. Property worth Rs 4,057 crore, acquired through illegal activities, was seized.

CM Yogi Adityanath also paid tribute to the police personnel who lost their lives in the line of duty.
