Ranchi (Jharkhand) [India], July 20: Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has strongly criticized the current government in Jharkhand, led by the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM). He stated that the state is heading towards destruction under the JMM’s rule, which he referred to as “Jharkhand Mitaao Morcha.”

Chouhan expressed his concerns, saying, “We all have seen our beloved Jharkhand, that was made by Atal Bihari Vajpayee and nurtured by PM Modi. But today it pains me to see where Jharkhand has reached. Today Jharkhand is heading towards destruction and ruin. JMM means Jharkhand Mitaao Morcha. JMM means land mafia, murder mafia and mining mafia. You tell me, is sand available here? Sand is being sold in buckets. It has become difficult for a poor man to build a house.”

Jharkhand is among the states preparing for upcoming elections, along with Haryana, Maharashtra, and the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

Earlier today, at the Jharkhand BJP working committee meeting in Ranchi, Home Minister Amit Shah accused the JMM-Congress alliance of corruption and working against the interests of the tribals. He urged BJP workers to highlight the failures of the Hemant Soren government to the voters.

Shah pointed out that in the last 10 years, Congress allocated Rs 84 thousand crore for Jharkhand’s development, whereas PM Narendra Modi’s government provided Rs 3 lakh 84 thousand crore. He emphasized that the BJP created and developed Jharkhand and has significantly reduced Naxalism in the state.

Shah further asserted that the JMM is the most corrupt government. He encouraged BJP workers, stating that the BJP governments, whether under Modi, Raghubar Das, or Arjun Munda, have always worked for the state’s betterment.
