Union Minister Pralhad Joshi Assures Paddy Procurement Priority for Punjab and Haryana
In New Delhi, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi addressed concerns regarding paddy procurement, emphasizing that Punjab and Haryana are top priorities for evacuation. He stated that Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann had discussed the issue with him, and the government promised to procure 185 metric tons of paddy and 124 metric tons of rice from Punjab. Joshi assured that a month-wise plan is in place to create space and manage evacuation efficiently.
