Union Minister Pabitra Margherita Praises PM Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ Radio Show

New Delhi, June 30: Union Minister Pabitra Margherita praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s radio show ‘Mann ki Baat’ for its widespread impact and popularity. Margherita highlighted that the show encourages, empowers, and energizes people both in India and abroad.

Margherita noted that ‘Mann ki Baat’ is one of the most popular radio programs globally. He mentioned that people were excited to listen to the 111th episode after a gap of 3-4 months. The episode was eagerly awaited by BJP workers and the general public.

During the 111th episode, PM Modi talked about the ‘Karthumbhi Umbrella’ made by tribal women in Kerala. These colorful umbrellas are gaining popularity across the country and are sold online under the supervision of the ‘Vattalakki Cooperative Agricultural Society’. PM Modi emphasized that these women aim to introduce their traditions and culture to the world.

PM Modi also thanked the countrymen for their faith in the Constitution and the democratic system during the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. He expressed his happiness to reconnect with the nation through ‘Mann ki Baat’ after the elections.

Additionally, PM Modi highlighted ‘Hool Diwas’, celebrated by tribal people to honor the bravery of Sidhu-Kanhu, who fought against foreign rulers in 1855. He congratulated the Election Commission and everyone involved in the 2024 election process, which was the largest in the world.
