Discussion on 17 Projects

Scindia mentioned that they reviewed and discussed 17 ambitious projects for Gwalior. Based on suggestions received, changes were made to move forward with the projects. He highlighted the importance of renovating Gwalior’s historic legacy while keeping the culture at the forefront.

Addressing Airport Concerns

Scindia addressed concerns about the quality of airports in Delhi, Jabalpur, and Gwalior following recent rainfall incidents. He clarified that the Delhi airport is no longer under his jurisdiction but emphasized that public injustice should not be tolerated in any department.

Regarding Jabalpur airport, he explained that the canvas roof could cause problems when water accumulates. He assured that any deficiencies would be addressed.

For Gwalior airport, Scindia stated that the issue was temporary and resolved quickly. A heavy rain caused a blockage in the drain, leading to water accumulation, but the drain was cleaned within four hours, and no further issues have occurred.
