Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy, along with his family, visited the ISKCON temple in Vasantpur, Bengaluru, to celebrate Sri Krishna Janmashtami. He wished everyone health, happiness, peace, and prosperity.

BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj also offered prayers at the ISKCON temple in Delhi. She expressed her happiness and thanked the Prime Minister for the Unified Pension Scheme.

ISKCON National Communications Director confirmed that the Maha Arti will be held at midnight. Thousands of devotees gathered at the ISKCON Temple in East of Kailash to celebrate with great enthusiasm. An aarti was performed at Dwarka’s ISKCON Temple.

In Mathura, more than 2,000 security personnel were deployed for Krishna Janmashtami at the Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple. Drones and special teams ensured safety, and UP CM Yogi Adityanath was also expected to arrive.

Krishna Janmashtami, celebrated on the eighth day of the Hindu month of Bhadrapada, marks the birth of Lord Krishna and is observed with great devotion across India.
