Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan expressed confidence on Friday that the BJP will win a clear majority in the upcoming Haryana elections. He stated that the opposition in Haryana is desperate and has no issues to present. Pradhan said, ‘Election campaigning in Haryana has reached new heights…I can say with full confidence that the BJP will get the opportunity to serve the state for the third time with a clear majority. The opposition has no issue, they are desperate…’
Pradhan also mentioned that the BJP is successfully reaching out to different sections of society under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini.
Home Minister Amit Shah Highlights BJP’s Achievements
Earlier in the day, Home Minister Amit Shah praised the BJP’s efforts in Haryana, highlighting key initiatives such as the purchase of 24 crops at the minimum support price (MSP) and the implementation of One Rank-One Pension (OROP). Addressing a gathering in Rewari, Shah emphasized the fulfillment of the long-standing demand for OROP, stating, ‘Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi started his election campaign in 2014 from Haryana and promised to fulfill the demand of OROP being raised by our army personnel for the last 40 years. For 40 years, Congress could not implement OROP, you gave Modi ji an opportunity to serve and Modi ji implemented OROP. A month ago, the third version of OROP has also been implemented.’

Haryana will go to the polls on October 5 to elect a 90-member state legislative assembly, with the counting set to take place on October 8. In the 2019 elections, the BJP emerged as the single-largest party with 40 seats, while Congress won 30 seats.
