UK Envoy Lindy Cameron Visits Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel to Strengthen Ties

Cameron highlighted the significant contributions of the Indian diaspora in the UK and expressed her eagerness to support industrial investors from Gujarat. She thanked the Gujarat government for its cooperation with British enterprises.

The British High Commissioner discussed Britain’s expertise in cyber security and collaboration with NFSU. Patel shared Gujarat’s preliminary preparations for hosting the 2036 Olympics and sought Britain’s expertise in planning infrastructure logistics.
Additional Chief Secretary MK Das, Principal Secretary of Industries Mamata Verma, Commissioner of Industries Sandeep Sangle, and MD of Index B Gaurang Makwana were also present at the meeting.
