Udhampur Police Enhance Security for Vote Counting
In Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir, police have tightened security across the district as vote counting approaches on October 8. Udhampur Senior Superintendent of Police, Amod Ashok Nagpure, announced a three-tier security system at counting venues. The first layer consists of Central Armed Police Force troops, the second of State Armed Police, and the third of district police.
