UAE’s Sheikha Fatima Leads Anti-Bullying Campaign for Emirati Children’s Day

The Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood in the UAE has released an awareness video to highlight the importance of preventing bullying in schools. This initiative coincides with this year’s Emirati Children’s Day, celebrated under the slogan ‘The Right to Protection.’

The campaign is part of the UAE government’s ongoing efforts to safeguard children’s rights and promote positive social interactions. H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, known as the ‘Mother of the Nation,’ has been a key figure in these efforts. She is the Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation.

Under Sheikha Fatima’s directives, the Council has been running programs since 2016 to educate students, teachers, and parents about the harmful effects of bullying and provide strategies for its prevention. The awareness video will be broadcast widely across various media platforms in the UAE, including websites and social media pages.
