UAE Sends 100 Aid Convoys to Gaza Strip to Help War Victims
The UAE has sent 100 humanitarian aid convoys to the Gaza Strip since the start of ‘Operation Chivalrous Knight 3’. These convoys, which began on November 24, 2023, include medical equipment, food, shelter tents, and more, totaling over 20,000 tonnes. The aid aims to alleviate the suffering of Palestinians affected by the war, continuing the legacy of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan in humanitarian efforts.

More than 20,000 tonnes of aid were transported by approximately 1,000 trucks through the Rafah Border Crossing. Four convoys were sent after the invasion of Rafah, carrying 320 tonnes of shelter tents and food parcels for the displaced and those affected by the difficult conditions. The health sector received over 16 tonnes of urgent medical aid.

Through these relief convoys, the UAE is helping to meet the basic and medical needs of those displaced by the war, following the humanitarian approach of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
