Two Men Arrested for Assaulting 10-Year-Old Girl in Nalasopara, Mumbai
Two men were arrested for allegedly raping a minor girl while she was on her way home after witnessing Ganesh Utsav in Nalasopara of Palghar district, Mumbai. The incident came to light when the 10-year-old girl, who lives with her family in the Shirdinagar area of Nalasopara East, was stopped by two men near her house. They took her to a deserted place and raped her one by one.
The victim’s clothes were found soaked in blood, and her family suspected something was wrong. Upon questioning, the girl revealed the incident to her parents. Her mother then lodged a complaint at the nearest Achole police station. The police registered a case and arrested both accused.
