Two Men Arrested for Alleged Gang Rape in Lucknow, One Suspect Still at Large

The accused, identified as Himanshu Singh, Vinayam Singh, and Vipin Singh, allegedly raped the woman in a car on Barabanki Road and later in a hotel in Chinhat. The woman, who is from Kanpur, had come to Lucknow to meet Vipin Singh, whom she had met on Instagram.
Police Action
After the woman managed to escape, she informed the police, who registered an FIR and made the arrests based on CCTV footage. DCP East Shashank Singh stated that the police are interrogating the arrested individuals and further action is ongoing.
