On a Sunday morning near Tel Aviv, a truck struck a bus, injuring at least 24 people in what is suspected to be a terror attack. The incident happened in the Glilot area, north of Tel Aviv, near an army base.

The bus was stopping to drop off passengers when it was hit. The truck driver, from the Israeli-Arab town of Qalansawe, was shot and killed by a civilian after reportedly exiting the vehicle with a knife.

Many victims were elderly retirees heading to a museum. Emergency responders from Magen David Adom provided medical treatment and transported 10 injured individuals to Beilinson and Ichilov hospitals in Tel Aviv. Two were in serious condition, two in moderate condition, and four in mild condition.

The area is notable for housing the Mossad headquarters and several army intelligence units, which have been targeted by Hezbollah missile attacks.
