Bangabandhu’s Connection to Agartala
Bangabandhu, who had ties to Agartala, faced charges like the Agartala Conspiracy Case upon returning to Bangladesh. Many freedom fighters from Tripura supported the liberation movement, leading to Bangladesh’s independence in 1971. The club’s theme honors Bangabandhu and his era when minorities faced less oppression.
