Tripura CM Manik Saha Enhances Transportation and Celebrates Ramakrishna Mahavidyalaya’s 75th Anniversary

Agartala (Tripura) [India], September 8: Chief Minister Manik Saha flagged off 16 vehicles to improve the state’s transportation facilities during a road safety program organized by the Tripura transport department in Agartala. Out of these, 8 interceptor vehicles were given to the police and traffic departments, and 8 vehicles were given to the transport department.

CM Saha mentioned that the road safety program was delayed due to a flood. He also announced the opening of a driving school where women have been trained and certified. The CM emphasized the goal of reducing accidents by at least 10%.

On Saturday, CM Saha attended the 75th anniversary celebration of Ramakrishna Mahavidyalaya in Kailashahar. He extended his best wishes to students, alumni, and faculty members. CM Saha also inaugurated a photo exhibition and a blood donation camp. He highlighted that Ramakrishna Mahavidyalaya was established in 1950 under the Ramakrishna Mission and has educated countless individuals since then.
