Manish was with a friend in Nand Nagri when he got into a scuffle with some boys. During this altercation, he was stabbed and later succumbed to his injuries. The police received information about the stabbing near a restaurant in Murga Market, Sunder Nagari.

Krishan Kumar, the complainant and eyewitness, stated that the accused were harassing a girl, and when he intervened, they later attacked his nephew, Manish. The accused were reportedly drunk, and one more suspect, Javed, is yet to be arrested.
