Tragic Incident in New Delhi: Zaid Shot Dead, Firoz Arrested

In the Kalindi Kunj area of New Delhi, a 23-year-old man named Zaid was found dead inside a shop with a gunshot wound to his chest. The incident occurred at a shop on Umar Maszid Road, E-block, Jaitpur Extension, Khadda Colony.

Based on information received on Friday, the police arrived at the scene and discovered the shop of Mirza Associates closed. Upon opening the shutter, they found Zaid lying dead inside. Empty cartridges were also found at the spot.

During the investigation, it was revealed that Zaid was a property dealer associated with A-Z Properties and had some dealings with another property dealer, Md. Firoz. The two had a heated argument over financial matters, leading to the tragic incident. Firoz was subsequently arrested.

A case has been registered under FIR No. 244/2024 u/s 302 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act, and further investigation is underway.
