Tragic Incident in Hyderabad: Mother-in-Law Arrested for Daughter-in-Law’s Death

In Hyderabad, Telangana, a simple request for tea turned into a tragic event. A woman named Ajmiri Begum, 28, was reportedly strangled by her mother-in-law, Farzana, following a heated argument. The incident took place around 10:30 am on Thursday.

According to a senior officer with Attapur Police, Farzana asked Ajmiri for tea, which was refused. This led to Farzana following Ajmiri to the kitchen and strangling her with a scarf. The officer mentioned that there had been ongoing clashes between the two women for the past 15 days.

Farzana has been arrested, and a case has been registered. The police are currently awaiting the post-mortem report and are further investigating the matter.
