Tragic Car Accident in Chamoli

One Woman Dead, Three Seriously Injured

A car accident near a petrol pump in Chamoli, Uttarakhand, resulted in the death of a woman and serious injuries to three others. The State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) reported that the vehicle, carrying five people, crashed into a 150-metre-deep ditch. The injured were taken to Karnaprayag Hospital.

The passengers, all relatives from Kaswa village, were returning from a wedding in Roorkee. The incident occurred on July 6 at 8:15 pm near Adi Badri.
