In a tragic incident in Balochistan’s Musa Khel, terrorists stopped a convoy of vehicles coming from Punjab, including a passenger bus, and killed 23 people. The attack took place in the Rarasham area of Tingri tehsil.

According to the Superintendent of Police, the terrorists offloaded the passengers, checked their National Identity Cards (NICs), and killed them on the spot. They also torched various vehicles. The incident happened on the national highway, 72 kilometers from the district headquarters.

A heavy contingent of Levies and police reached the spot, and the dead bodies of the passengers are being shifted to hospitals.

In a similar incident in April, twelve people were killed in two separate firing incidents along the National Highway in the Nushki district of Balochistan. Armed assailants targeted a bus carrying passengers from Quetta to Taftan, kidnapped nine passengers, and shot them to death. The victims were identified and killed, hailing from Mandi Bahauddin, Gujranwala, and Wazirabad cities in Punjab.
