Tragic Attack in Balochistan: Major Haseeb and Havildar Ahmed Killed
In Balochistan, Pakistan, a recent terror attack claimed the lives of two security personnel, including an officer. The incident occurred in the Harnai district, where security forces, led by Major Muhammad Haseeb, were deployed following intelligence reports of a planned terrorist attack on civilians.
During the operation, the security forces engaged with the terrorists, successfully neutralizing three of them. However, an improvised explosive device (IED) exploded near the leading vehicle, resulting in the deaths of 28-year-old Major Haseeb from Multan and 38-year-old Havildar Noor Ahmed from Barkhan.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) emphasized the commitment of Pakistani security forces to prevent destabilization in Balochistan, stating that the loss of these soldiers strengthens their resolve.
Separate Incident in Ziarat
In another incident in Ziarat’s Mangi area, unidentified armed men abducted two individuals. Their bodies, showing signs of torture, were later found near Mangi Dam. The victims, identified by their national ID cards as being from Punjab, were discovered after locals informed the authorities. Security forces have initiated a search operation to find those responsible.
