Sachchidanand Kumar died in a Delhi hospital after a speeding BMW hit the auto rickshaw he was traveling in with his family. The accident occurred on September 12 at Tilak Marg. Neeraj Kumar, his son, described how the BMW jumped a red light, causing the auto to overturn. Neeraj’s father and son were seriously injured. The BMW driver fled the scene. An FIR was lodged on September 19, and Neeraj has requested action against the driver.
