The Senior Police Inspector of Chandannagar Police Station reported that the procession took place at Anand Park in Vadgaon Sheri, with numerous participants. Two youths climbed onto the DJ truck and were waving a flag when the tragic accident occurred. One youth died instantly, while the other succumbed to injuries during hospital treatment.
