Three Terrorists Neutralized in Doda, Jammu and Kashmir

In an encounter with security forces on Wednesday, three terrorists were neutralized in the Gandoh, Bhaderwah sector of Doda, Jammu and Kashmir. ADGP Jammu Anand Jain confirmed the recovery of arms and ammunition, including two M-4s and one AK-47 rifle.

The search operation is still ongoing to find hidden terrorists, arms, and ammunition. ADGP Jain stated, “We launched a search operation as soon as we received information of the presence of terrorists… Two M-4s and one AK-47 rifle have been recovered.”

In a press conference, Jain mentioned, “We have recovered two M-4s and one AK-47 gun, grenades, and basic necessities stuff from the terrorists.” He also indicated stricter actions against those who provided shelter to the terrorists and urged the public to help in identifying them.

Regarding the emergence of new terror organizations, Jain asserted, “There is the presence of groups in this area and a search operation is underway. As the investigation into the Chhattergala incident is also underway, so, it’s yet to be discovered if it’s a new scheme of terror organizations.”

Furthermore, he assured that there is no threat to the Amarnath Yatra and an investigation is underway to find out the terrorists whose sketches were issued.

Earlier, it was reported that two terrorists had been killed in an ongoing joint operation in the Gandoh area of Doda. Arms and ammunition were recovered from their possession.
