Temporary Shed Collapse and Bus Accident in Delhi: Minor Injuries Reported

Two people received minor injuries after a temporary shed collapsed at the Hyatt Regency Hotel compound in New Delhi, according to Delhi Police. The incident occurred on Monday, July 1, and further investigation is underway.

In a separate incident, a Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) bus carrying 15 passengers overturned on Ring Road after hitting a divider. The accident happened around 3:40 am while the bus was heading to Rajouri Garden. One person was injured, and legal action has been initiated.

Earlier this week, Delhi experienced its highest rainfall in 88 years. The Indian Meteorological Department reported that the city received 228 mm of rainfall from 8:30 am on June 27 to 8:30 am on June 28, the highest 24-hour rainfall in June since 1936.
